Availability
If our House Wine or Champagne is not available we will supply an alternative of equal or greater quailty.
Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If your choice of product is not available we will contact you to offer the following options:
Alternative product - if the product is less in value then a partial refund will be arranged - if the product is more in value then additional payment will be required.
A delay until the product becomes available
A refund to the value of the missing product
Cancellation of the entire order and a full refund
If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to provide suitable alternative products at no extra charge. It is very important that you give us your correct contact details during the order process.

Cancellation Rights
Due to the personalised nature of out products there are no cancellation rights, a full refund will be give for any faulty or damaged product, this refund will be given upon the return and after the inspection of the item confirms the fault or damage

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you do wish to complain please contact our customer services team by email at customerservices@corkingdesigns.co.uk We will try to resolve your complaint immediately. We aim to resolve all complaints to our customers’ satisfaction within five working days of the initial contact.

Our office hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday-Friday except for public holidays. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. We cannot accept visitors to our offices without an appointment.
We try to respond to all emails within 4 hours during office hours.

Data Protection
Our policy is that we will not pass on any customer details we collect to any third party without your permission.

Delivery
We will attempt to deliver 5 working days of the order being placed. Delivery times are not guaranteed, they are estimates. We deliver to business and private addresses in the UK; we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. Corking Designs takes no responsibility for delays or non-delivery if the address or postcode supplied is not correct or if there is no one available to sign for the goods.

Working days are Monday to Friday but not public holidays.

Descriptions
The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.

Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by English Law and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in England to which Corking Designs and the customer hereby submit.

Legal Notice for the UK
It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 years to purchase alcoholic beverages in the UK. Corking Designs requires that all customers agree to supply proof of age on request. Orders are not accepted from persons under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order you are making a representation that you are at least 18 years old.

Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, Corking Designs shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the services or products sold from or referred to on this site in the following circumstances:

For losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
For losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of Corking Designs or their suppliers
For business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.

Payment
Payment is due before goods are dispatched unless a credit account has been authorised by Corking Designs in which case payment is due 14 days from date of invoicing. Corking Designs reserves the right to withhold supplies and to suspend any further deliveries in the event that payment is overdue. We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards.

Prices
Prices quoted are in United Kingdom pounds and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to alteration by Corking Designs without prior notice. Price amendments will only be made prior to contract. Duty and taxes will be charged at the rates prevailing at the time of dispatch. Gift prices include gift items, gift boxes, personal messages and packaging. Delivery charges are additional.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. For any privacy matters please contact customerservices@CorkingDesigns.co.uk. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by Corking Designs. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. To opt out of our marketing campaigns please email marketing@CorkingDesigns.co.uk. We do not pass your information to any third parties without your permission. Our payment provider collects your payment information. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam)

Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations. Imperfections in the glass is an occurrence that cannot be totally avoided, any design is engraved under the centre point of the neck wrapper regardless of where any bottle seam may fall.

Personalised Messages
All engraved messages will mirror your requested words. Please ensure that any messages are thoroughly checked to avoid mistakes. And spelling mistakes or errors in grammar will not be the responsibility of Corking Designs unless caused by our mistake.

Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. All goods should be examined for any obvious loss or damage at the time of delivery and the necessary evidence, including the goods, retained. Corking Designs accepts no liability for any loss through short delivery or damage to goods in transit unless the customer notifies us within 24 Hours after receipt of the goods.

Security
Our payment provider uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you are protected against security risks.

Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Corking Designs and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Corking Designs has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.
